AGRIBUSINESS PROGRAM OFFERINGS IN AFRICA, 2017   

COURSE REGISTRATION FORM

The Strategic Agribusiness Management Program, delivered by the globally renowned Center for Food & Agricultural Business, Purdue University, USA is a unique five day experience customized for the West African context.  This program offers participants skills and insights in areas ranging from strategy, marketing  and finance to emerging technologies, performance management and leadership. You will apply practical financial tools to examine profitability and explore real case studies of agribusinesses in the industry. You will learn how to make more informed decisions by analyzing key data from financial statements and market trends. In addition, you will learn how to navigate the West Africa Agribusiness Landscape through a series of West Africa focused sessions and industry interaction.

Selection Criteria

The ideal participant has the following:

  • A minimum of five to ten years’ work experience, with some at the executive level
  • A decision-making portfolio
  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a web browser
  • Leadership – your experience and position should demonstrate your decision- making influence, current leadership capability and future potential

Incomplete registration forms will NOT be processed. It is your responsibility to fill out the entire form. If you are unsure about a question, please contact us; we are happy to clarify any issues you may have. Completing the registration form does not guarantee admission.

Fees and cancellation policy

  • Course Fee: $3,500 (Inclusive of Tuition, Field Trips, Course Materials, Meals & Accommodation) . Group discounts are available for teams of 3 and above.
  • Upon submission of the registration form, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat on the programme. Deposits must be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
  • Fee Payment is required in full before the start of the programme. All payments must be made at least three weeks prior to the program start date.
  • Participants must provide written requests for cancellations or deferrals. Cancellation requests must be received no later than three weeks to the start of the program for a full refund; refund requests received 0- 21 days before the program start date will attract a penalty of 50% of the fees charged.
